Personal Data Protection

This page describes what happens to the data you send us via the form on psspss.cz and what we measure on the website. We have tried to write it in a way that is easy to read.

Who processes the data

The data controller is XXX (to be completed by Vít: trade name, IČO, registered office).

Data we collect from you

Only what you enter into the enquiry form yourself: name and company name, telephone, optionally email, selected "what interests you" option and message text.

This also stores information about where you came from on the website (so-called UTM parameters from an ad or link) so we know what works.

The telephone number is mandatory as we cannot contact you without it. Nothing else is required.

What we will use it for

Solely to contact you and arrange the placement of a vending machine or respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your data nor use it for sending commercial messages you have not requested.

The legal basis is contract negotiations at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry.

How long we have been holding them

Inquiries that do not result in collaboration are deleted within two years. Once an agreement is reached, the retention period is governed by the contract and accounting regulations.

Cookies and analytics

No measurement script is loaded without your consent. The banner asks first, and only after clicking "I agree" are Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics downloaded.

If you decline consent, the website functions exactly the same; we simply know nothing about you. We store your decision in the browser (localStorage) so we do not have to ask repeatedly.

The website's fonts are stored directly on our server, so no external connections are made when the page loads.

What rights do you have?

You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, or object to it. Simply email info@psspss.cz.
