Privacy policy

This page describes what happens to the details you send us through the form on psspss.cz, and what we measure on the site. We have tried to write it so it can actually be read.

Who processes the data

The data controller is XXX (doplní Vít: obchodní jméno, IČO, sídlo).

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form yourself: your name and the name of your venue, a phone number, optionally an email, the option you picked under “what are you after”, and your message.

Alongside that we store where you arrived from (UTM parameters from an advert or a link), so we know what works.

The phone number is required, because without it we cannot get back to you. Nothing else is required.

What we use it for

Solely to get back to you and arrange a machine, or to answer your question. We do not sell the data to anyone and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering a question.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an arrangement are deleted within two years. If we do work together, the retention period follows the contract and accounting rules.

Cookies and measurement

No measurement script loads without your consent. The banner asks first, and only after you click “Agree” do Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics get downloaded.

If you decline, the site works exactly the same, we just know nothing about you. We remember your choice in the browser (localStorage) so we do not keep asking.

The site's typeface is served from our own server, so loading a page does not connect anywhere else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict the processing or object to it. Write to info@psspss.cz.
